Absolutely unacceptable experience at Cyrene on Estrella Pkwy. I was charged a fee for briefly unloading groceries from a delivery—something that took only a few minutes and is a completely normal, everyday activity. There was no obstruction, no extended parking, no overnight parking, nothing that would reasonably justify a penalty. Yet somehow, that was enough for management to add a charge to my ledger. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience attempting to tour this community. The lack of on-site management has made getting any assistance unnecessarily difficult. Over the past three weeks, I have tried to schedule a tour with an agent, only to have two consecutive appointments canceled. For the first appointment, my tour was confirmed for a specific date and time.
