Rena Malkah is not a reliable and professional agent ....stay away from her...
I had a very disappointing experience with Rena. She was unprofessional and wasted a significant amount of my time. She assured me she would secure a mortgage for me and took money upfront, but she was not truthful about what she could deliver. In the end, nothing was accomplished. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not trust her promises. I do not recommend her
Do not make any deal with Rena Malkah CYR Funding very unprofessional person ,nasty person offering services to clients who are not hers and calling clients who are not hers, without respecting the mortgage broker and my team, who all work together with the clients. Unfortunately for her, no one is going to work with her, much less the clients, seeing how dishonest this person is. Mortgage brokers and real estate agents, do not make the mistake of working with this disloyal and dishonest person.

She convinced me to pay $6,500 for an appraisal and financing process that led nowhere. I never received any report, no follow-up, and absolutely no results. Just excuses and silence.
