It would take too long to say everything this place has done wrong for myself and my husband. They messed up my car payments more times than I can count (and refused to remove the fees caused by their error), signed me up for an unnecessary checking account making it sound like that is how it had to be done, and so much more. If you have any other options, do not use this bank.
January is the name of kind lady who helped me make some changes to my account. I am not a tech pro by any means. She was amazing and had phenomenal patience. I totally appreciate the extra time and effort she spent helping me!
