RecommendedA beautiful place to stay and so close to the beach and all the amenities of Clearwater Beach. Terri and Max are wonderful hosts/owners. However, Max needs to work in his humor a bit, not going to make it as a comedian. 😄
LOVE our annual stay at Cyprus Avenue Beach Rentals. Easy to get to multiple attractions and beaches. Great service and units with a lot of personal touches.
So bright cheery and super clean. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach, so need to pay for parking. Quiet and peaceful love their small pools no need to share with entire hotel. Love having gas grill by pool for quick cooking!
We stayed here for a week and it was the best place to stay. The room was very clean. The owners were very nice and pleasant to talk to. They made us feel like we were at home. We will be staying here again. The owners really care about their property’s and it shows for sure. The pools were very clean. We highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a short walk to the beach and places to eat.
Great place to stay! So close to everything. The beach is only 2 blocks away. Max & Teresa aim to please. We have stayed in the Lazy Lemon every visit. It’s an end unit with a nice pool.
We had a great time. Stayed in the orange tangerine cottage. It was perfect. Great amenities Close to everything. We will definitely be coming back!
We’ll be leaving our little slice of heaven tomorrow. Mango Tango cottage is perfect for two people. We have been here for a week and enjoyed every minute. The cottage has absolutely everything necessary for every day living. It is so bright and cheerful. Teresa met us here the day we arrived and gave us so many tips on things to see and wonderful suggestions on places to dine. We really enjoyed meeting her. Quiet and comfortable area. Amenities provide everything one would need to enjoy their vacation. Walking distance to many shops, dining, and the beach.
