Facility and grounds kept clean and tidy. Air conditioning works well in the "hallway" units all year round. But, gate system is inconsistent, goes "down" too often-causing problems when items in storage needed for business. UPDATE 2025--I should have updated a couple of years ago --- gate system was replaced with a new system and there are NO PROBLEMS WITH IT NOW.
If you need a storage for a few days to a week, this is NOT the place for you, they will not refund the full month payment that they charge you, when only 2 weeks or less of that time is used.
I have a great experience! The rental process was straightforward, I contacted customer service with questions a couple of times and they were great and always answered my questions. Once, I vacated the unit, I let the office know and they processed it very quickly. Very happy with my experience, zero hassle or complaints.
