The Doctors and the stuffs they are nice and friendly
Really pleased i took my 4 yr old and 7 yr old and they loved the visit the doctor was very patient and payed close attention to my childrens needs.
Professional and nice atmosphere.
Very disappointed in the front office staff. Paid for exam but impossible to get prescription for contacts. Called 3 days on advance to ensure prescription would be ready and it was not and they could not give me loaner pair even though it is there mistake not having it prescription ready 3 days later. Now I have to take business trip without having contact's I can see in...it a shame since I did like the eye doctor but wont be going back after I get this prescription if I can ever get it from them..very disappointed
Dr. Nguyen is great with kids. My 18 month old son was not happy about getting his eyes examined. He cried, flip flopped, and did everything you can imagine not to get his eyes examined but Dr. Nguyen was VERY patient with him and she took her time to make sure she did her job correctly. We will definitely continue seeing her for years to come.
