I’ve been visiting my family for 3years at this community. It’s a quiet place and his condo is very nice! I always have a good parking spot and we really enjoy the pool area. The HOA has always responded to all requests in a timely manner.
Very impressed by the quick response from the HOA team and the maintenance crew. They fixed a loose piece of wood and went above and beyond to make the stairs safe. Excellent work and appreciate your VERY fast response! Quite , nice place close to everything!
The fact that this place has a 4+ star rating is horrifying. This place is a nightmare! DO NOT rent/buy here! The HOA/“special assessment” fees are nearly 1k A MONTH! I bought my condo over 5 years ago. The previous owner had just renovated the whole place, I was fortunate to not have a super outdated condo (it was originally built in the 70s).
