They have an amazing CONSISTENTLY high-level of customer service over the 21 years that I've been with them. They always prepare early and anticipate my needs and they are very kind and thorough in every interaction I've had with them. Their store is immaculate and well run and this is the only place I like to go for my medication needs. You cant even compare them with CVS or Walgreens since they are levels above those chain places and they actually get to know each customer and care about me. A + A+ A+.
I’ve been going to Cypress for over 5 years now! They are always willing to help and keep you updated. Family owned and very personable and nice! Also, as someone who is self pay, they ALWAYS have the best prices. 10/10 would recommend, always.
If I could have I would’ve given them zero stars. I called a few months ago to ask if they had a certain medication that I take and they told me that they did carry it however I would have to transfer all of my other medications from CVS to them. Which I did and I waited in my car and went back in and asked if they were able to transfer everything and they said yes. I love this pharmacy! They have always been very helpful, respectful and kind. I typically always went to the big store pharmacies out of convenience, but I will never go back after experiencing how wonderful Cypress is!
