I recently used this company for my water heater installation, and overall I’m very satisfied with the service. The technician showed up on time, was polite, and explained everything in detail before starting the work. The installation went smoothly and my new water heater works great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the scheduling took a bit longer than expected, but the quality of the work made up for it. I’d definitely call them again for any future water heater needs.
I'm grateful. My water heater broke on a Sunday. No hot water. No water because it was turned off because it was leaking. Ms. Candace and her group delivered. The old water heater was removed and replaced. I value how quickly, neatly, and professionally everything was handled. Thank you one more.
