I was approved for an apartment in April/2023, was told that they would have a place ready in June/2023, when I moved out of my place Cypress Village Apartments did not have a place ready for me, I was told that ***** placed on a waiting list and will not get in until July/2023. At the end of June/2023. I called and was told that I now will have to wait until August 2023 before they would have an available aprtment. Not attentive to flood victims in the July 26th 2022 flood. 16 days in & no resolution!! I have underline health **************** getting sicker!!

I love living here. The management team are so helpful, lovely and provide excellent customer service. The maintenance workers have a quick response time and provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Cypress Village Apartments as a place to live.
I have resided at this complex for a total of 3 years and i must say there is not a rating high enough that i could give the team in the office for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. The maintenance and groundskeepers keep the place in the best shape very prompt response time is unrivaled and dependable in comparison to other places i have rented from.
