This property recently changed management companies because the previous company was horrible. This new company is worse. ************** is in the middle of a heat wave and there are multiple units without properly working ac. Calls to the leasing office, management office, and maintenance go unanswered. They have a text option on their tenant property page but that goes unanswered as well. This place has really gone down hill. They used to be a great place to live and have been around for more than 20 years.

I was approved for an apartment in April/2023, was told that they would have a place ready in June/2023, when I moved out of my place Cypress Village Apartments did not have a place ready for me, I was told that ***** placed on a waiting list and will not get in until July/2023. At the end of June/2023. I called and was told that I now will have to wait until August 2023 before they would have an available aprtment. Not attentive to flood victims in the July 26th 2022 flood. 16 days in & no resolution!! I have underline health **************** getting sicker!!
