I have taken all my furry babies to see Dr.D for years and have always loved how friendly and caring the employees are. They are part of why i decided to become a veterinary technician. I got the chance to do my clinical rotations for school the past couple months with them. I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiances of my life. They really care about their patients and properly caring for them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new veterinarian.
My cat Stewy was missing for a day. He was found in my neighbors bush in really bad shape. I called an other vet hospital and they couldn't get him in till the next day at 6 pm. He couldn't wait that long so I went online and found the number to cypress. I called them at 5. They close at 5:30 but told me to bring him in. Got there at 5:10 and they took him in. Even though it was time for them to be off they give us the best service. Now my boy is on the road recovery. Awesome place and staff. Thanks for what you guys do.
Dr. Paula Decosta has always taken great care of my 4-legged kids. Recently we had to make the painful decision to let our precious Peppie cross over to the Rainbow bridge. The whole process is so humane. I was lying on the floor shortly after Peppie crossed over just hugging him, Dr. D got on the floor with me and hugged me expressing her condolences. I'll forever be grateful for Cypress and the staff. IF we ever get another dog Cypress is the only place I'll go.
