Dr Johnson and Rae and Brian were great to work with today. Great conversation with Dr Johnson about current and future plans for Char's care. Rae was very knowledgeable and offered insight into the best visit for Charlotte. Rae and Brian were sensitive with excellent skills for her blood draw and labs obtained first stick! Overall an exhausting visit for Char but everything was so well organized and Charlotte received great care. Thank you
I finally switched to Cypress Vet on a friend's recommendation after a year of being unhappy at a different provider. The difference was night and day; I wish I had come to Cypress sooner! The front desk, vet tech, and vet teams were all top notch -- extremely friendly, understanding, and responsive. Thanks to Dr Johnson and Dr Hammill for seeing our 4 cats and 2 dogs over the past year. The family feel and extra communication has been appreciated. Thank you to all the staff as well for answering our questions and concerns.
Every time o brought my pet to this location it was a hassle, miscommunication, no communication. I have changed vets as I lost all faith that my pet was receiving proper care.
