I just had an extremely upsetting phone call with a lady named Kareen(unsure of spelling) I am extremely disappointed that someone lacking empathy, kindness and understanding of how people act during traumatic times is allowed to practice. I do not recommend this placeif you are looking for kind and compassionate care.
