Terrible service, mediocre food.. When we were placing our order, the waiter was very impatient, and walked off while we were asking questions about menu. He barely came to our table to check on us.The customers that sat behind us were greated with a friendly attitude and checked on at least 3 times before he came back to check on us. We also experienced the same attitude from another staff member, which made us confirm the mistreatment was not a coincidence.. Some of our order was not correct. Great bar staff!
Clay needs lotsa training with "customer service" as a manager. He walked away while my wife and I walked in....stood there chatting with another colleague and later went to call another cashier to come take our orders. I nearly walked out but my wife. His awkward service was appalling and needs serious improvement managing such a great restaurant!
