Cypress’ whole team were extraordinarily personable and professional, from inspection through fumigation, and especially patiently answering the numerous questions we had during the preparation process (full disclosure - we are slightly compulsive). Joe and Lily were gracious and so very helpful. While termites are never fun, this team (including their fumigators) made the experience comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Joe and Lily were very professional and helped me through the process. I approached them for a competitive bid and they could have just given me a marginally smaller quote to make it just enough attractive. But no, their pricing was significantly lower than the other company’s quote. Regarding work itself, I had requested them to keep circulation fan inside the tent faces away from neighbor to keep the volume down and they remembered it and executed on it.
