I would not recommend to live here. Last resort. Feels like a prison. Management is overwhelmed and cannot keep up with the tenants needs. Cypress Springs was created to help those who could not afford a decent place to live, instead Management wants to charge for everything including parking. There is no help with homework for the kids, there is no Community center open to tenants. Management does not honor their leases and is currently in breach of contract due to utilities not being paid as of 5-1-08. Do not rent here.
