worst experience of my life!! / Wanted highlights, but got a almost full bleach job. Bleach on hair for 2 hours...hair breaking off, scalp burned!! The gal didn't know how to dry my thick hair so she just took some hair product and gooped it on all over my hair. My hair felt like it was coated with heavy glue by the time I left.
