I have curly hair and came to Camille with quite a mess almost five years ago. My previous stylist just chopped my curls with no vision in mind. Camille saw it right away and gave me a cut that I felt great in. Camille is a truly gifted stylist. I recently moved into the city from Phoenixville, but I drive almost an hour to have Camille do my hair. She is that good. Maybe I could find a stylist in the city who is as good, but I doubt it. It's literally worth the drive. She listens to what you want, which is important to me, and then she makes the style happen in a wonderful way you couldn't have imagined. I love my hair cut more every day, and I'm very picky. Camille has been cutting my hair for over ten years. I've followed her to from Philly to Phoenixville and so happy she found her own place at Cypress Salon. My hair is extremely thick with a strong wave and Camille is the only person I trust to cut it. Not only is she extremely skilled/talented at cutting her, but she is an amazing, kind, and positive person. I highly recommend Camille for the best cut and conversation!

When Camille first cut my hair years ago, she was training a new stylist. The way she explained to her trainee how she evaluated my hair and what cut would work for its texture and density convinced me I would get a great cut even before the first snip. My gut was right and she's been spot on with her suggestions ever since. The best low chem stylist for naturally wavy/curly hair in the Philadelphia area. I have had adverse reactions to many hair colorants but I've had no problems with her products. She cuts my medium length hair in a way that makes it very easy to style in the morning before I head off to work. She is gifted with creating natural looking highlights too. She is always respectful of my wishes and doesn't try to push stuff on me. She is also a gem of a human being!
