Ok for Temporary stay. This place is old and outdated. Maintenance and office staff not truly helpful. Bugs are ridiculous and have to provide own pest control. The layout is beautiful well would be with an upgrade. Carpet old. I had to clean it myself when I moved in. Got a 50 credit for it though.
Don’t Do It This apartment complex is horrible terrible and horrendous. My partner and I was put out for no reason at all. There’s roaches They sent an exterminator but thinks terminator didn’t do anything buildings,whole buildings, was infested with roaches. The rooms are so small I had to cross over my bed to get to my closet, the only way I could put my bed was the only way I could put my bed in the room.The management is horrible and very unprofessional.
Don’t rent here! The office staff is terrible! The roaches are out of control and everything in the unit seems old. no one here is helpful at all. My toilet constantly runs all day, my dish washer is falling out of its root. Please don’t rent here, it’s the worst decision of my life!!! I would never recommend this to anyone.
Ms. Roslyn Phillips Cypress Run Apartments are located on the West Bank in New Orleans in a secluded area. They are very spacious apartments. They are in a well lit secluded area of Tullis Drive that is accessible only with the gate key you are given when you rent.. Although there are many apartments located on that stretch of Tullis Drive, Cypress Run Apartments are affordable and the staff (especially the manager) are very friendly and helpful.
