I started going to Elizabeth Freund because I was very unhappy with how my life was going. For two years I had appointments twice a month and I don't remember exactly when my life began to feel better. But when I stopped my appointments I realized I was really happy and that her insights into my hurt had helped me tremendously. She is very professional and easy to talk to. I wish there were more like her! There are very few unfortunately. Oh, Elizabeth is now doing Zoom appointments!
