DR HORTON LA is not installing single hung windows in the living room, kitchen or bathroom. All in order to say a buck. Buyers don’t realize it until it’s too late and in the home. Kitchens have poor ventilation and no exhaust over the stove. With no window that allows air ventilation compounds the issues of smoke detectors going off easily. Walls are of the thinnest Drywall ever made. HOA Fees have doubled in 2 yrs
The community is family oriented and wholesome and the neighbors are kind and sweet people. Great place to raise our kids.

Buyer beware! To increase profits they have cut corners, the walls are thin, the floors are lumpy, and appliances are of poor quality. Their customer service is horrible and the HOA is a mafia. If you chose to buy make sure you inspect thoroughly
