When you make a payment you Do Not get a confirmation number. You are also Not Allowed to talk to the accounting department. Very unprofessional. They take your money but then don't give confirmation you paid. Very suspicious you are Not Allowed to talk to a department.
We have always brought our kids here, but today will be the last. NP Layla Pickett and nurse Hailey were incredibly rude and dismissive. We just requested a simple respiratory panel done on our 3 year old after 6 days of having a fever of up to 103.4. She refused. Our kids done run high fevers when they’re sick so this is alarming. We also have a 7 month old, and 2 year old. All are running extremely high fevers. NP Pickett was rude, dismissive, and has a complete lack of bedside manner. Awesome facility and staff. They did a great job for me.
I called this place an hour before they closed, and the lady who answered said they close early and would take their last patient at 530 and so I told her yes in fact I could make it there at 530. I got there at 5:28 walked inside at 5:30 on the dot and their lights where turned off and door was locked and they do not even close until 6! Would not recommend especially after reading the reviews and experienced poor business operations. Save yourself time and and poor experience and go to lake after hours they were wonderful!
I went to Cypress Pointe Urgent Care around 6:15 pm. It was my first time going there. I was seen for a sprained ankle. The staff even took the time out to get a wheelchair for me so I didn't have to walk. Not a long wait at all. Staff was very nice, professional, the clinic was nice and clean.
