Cypress is terrible, from administration down. My mother was there less than 48 hours before being taken by EMS to the hospital. We were never given admission details when she arrived nor were we given the required notice of “bed hold” when she was taken by EMS. Unbeknownst to us her belongings were cleaned out of her room and boxed up. Now they are lying trying to cover their tracks. She has a broken leg/hip, on oxygen 100% of the time and the overnight care consisted of going into her room and turning the a/c down to 62. S... read more

Just got hired as a dining services assistant..Everyone has been awesome helping to get me setteled in..Can't wait to start..
My husband spent 7 days there for Bilateral Rehab, a little rocky start but everything was great, food was amazing compliments to the Chef, always forgot something with my meal....straws, silverware, catsup...small stuff. Overall I would recommend for PT (great friendly bunch)on a Bilateral knee replacement. Housekeeping was excellent...Thanks Cheryl and Tina.....Bonus 7 minutes from Home�Go Englewood � oh yeah Friday Happy @2:30 was pretty cool stuff.�

Aides are attentive but can't say the same for the nursing staff. Orders from PA were not followed. My dad will be better off continuing rehabilitation at home.
I love it. the residents are taken cared of and put at the top of the priority list. I work there currently and every resident's stay there is personalized so they feel like they are home
