Do not rent here !!! I moved to this complex and paid the $2950 deposit. I was only here for 1 year. I lived to Texas. I gave the owner enough notice maybe 3 months prior to lease end day. I made sure I left the apartment is great conditions. I have pictures and videos of how I was given the place on move in date and how I left it on move out day. 0. Office hours are falsely advertised they are not 9-5 THEY ARE 9-3. 1.Trash everywhere. 2. Objects are allowed to be left taking multiple parking spaces but then they complain about not having enough parking so your visitors can only visit 14 out of 365 days a year. *** 3. Front office claims they are the HOA and will not let you have any board members contact information to speak about any problems. *** 4. Love this condominium complex! It is an HOA, located on lake Orlando. It is gated with a code to get in. One way in, one way out. Security guard works nights. Trash compactor so no trash cans outside doors. Maintenance is always around and the outside is constantly kept up landscape wise. There is a huge pool that is gated, with a jacuzzi. Also has a tennis court on premises and a playground for kids. A lot of different types of flowers. Before you decided to move here please take this very seriously I currently live here and I might get kicked out after posting this but I don't care. First These condos are Roach infested it's true if you bring it up ,The HOA and whatever management company your with will keep bouncing you back in forth telling you they aren't responsible. Pest control will come but it won't help because it's been infested for a long time. Number 2 even though the lay out is nice you can tell a lot of things have been fixed with paint.
