Do not rent here !!! I moved to this complex and paid the $2950 deposit. I was only here for 1 year. I lived to Texas. I gave the owner enough notice maybe 3 months prior to lease end day. I made sure I left the apartment is great conditions. I have pictures and videos of how I was given the place on move in date and how I left it on move out day. 0. Office hours are falsely advertised they are not 9-5 THEY ARE 9-3. 1.Trash everywhere. 2. Objects are allowed to be left taking multiple parking spaces but then they complain about not having enough parking so your visitors can only visit 14 out of 365 days a year. *** 3. Love this condominium complex! It is an HOA, located on lake Orlando. It is gated with a code to get in. One way in, one way out. Security guard works nights. Trash compactor so no trash cans outside doors. Maintenance is always around and the outside is constantly kept up landscape wise. There is a huge pool that is gated, with a jacuzzi. Also has a tennis court on premises and a playground for kids. A lot of different types of flowers.
