WOW... After 3 years of living here.... Toby is her name, BEWARE THIS B****. Come to find out my brother's car was being towed DESPITE THE PARKING PERMIT BEING IN THE CAR! It had fallen off the rear view mirror and for THAT the car was towed. We CLEARLY had the permit and showed both her and the tow truck driver. Poor driver was willing to take the car back down but SHE wouldn't allow him to do so.... WHY? i have no idea.... My experience here @ Cypress Point Apartments has been positive. Management is quick to respond to requests for repairs and goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated. My credit was not the best and my previous building was in foreclosure when I initially applied for an apartment here. The manager was compassionate and did what she could to make sure that my daughter and I would have someplace safe to live before the holidays. If you decide to move to another complex she leaves negative response for you she is racist always calls the cops on you even if you are quiet and minding your own business she is a two sided manager that needs to e fired she has no moral standers she is incompetent,procrastinator, and sexist she sets double standers for everyone but doesn't follow the rules herself she is two faced if your thinking on moving here plz find another place the maintenance is slow on response but she is quick to find the wrong in other ppl she i... read more
