It is with sadness that I leave my sweet Cypress Pointe apartment. What appealed to me initially was how spacious the rooms were (especially compared to everywhere else I looked) along with all the space for storage and the built-in desk/office area. The grounds are well-kept and the maintenance crew is helpful and responsive. Cameron and Cynthia are very personable, understanding and helpful. It's conveniently located near most anything you could need. I loved coming home to this place and miss it already! Highly recommend!
The past 1.7 years have been awesome. The family oriented staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. Come to Cypress Pointe for your daily escape from the outside world.
Just moved in to this fabulous community home about two weeks ago. Office and maintenance stuff are kind, friendly and courteous. Valet trash is everything! Apartment is spacious and the grounds are kept up.
Absolutely terrible people. You are made to feel like nothing but an atm. Every month our rent increased by over $100. It was a million times better when Patti was there. She treated you like a human. Cameron is the rudest, most unhelpful person going. We have lived here for a year and cannot wait to get out. Maintenance workers just walk into your home for no reason. Nothing but WONDERFUL that made us feel welcomed and happy to be moving there. Cameron is "The Man" always there to help with all my questions.
