I truly enjoy my neighbors! We have all become like one big family. I love how if I have a question Or if I have a problem I'm able to go to my landlord: Heather Roton. What I love is my landlord always tries to resolve any problems or any issues. Which makes my stay here that much more comfortable!
This place is aweful and the old lady who was the manager needs to be fired. She is hateful and does not know how to do her job
My experience stated as average. It as slowly degraded as I have rented here 8 months. I went without air conditioning from 6/18-7/3. It took posting to facebook, corporate, and threats to get it fixed. One time during this period I came home after 4 days to find a wet shower mat, shower curtain pulled back, and products moved around. This was at the same time maintenance was coming to fix the A/C. Do not move here! I dealt with no air conditioning for 4 days in the heat of August, mice, a leaky ceiling every time it rained and the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke year round while neither me nor my roommates smoked! After all this I wasn't going to write a review until the landlord/apartment manager withheld information from me and lied to me in order to cheat me out of my $200 deposit. Do not live here unless you have exhausted all other viable options.
