We have used Cypress Plumbing for our Captiva home for many years. From and Outside shower, to toilet and sink issues, they have always been great. The quality of the work has been excellent, and the price has been reasonable. Also, importantly, they have been able to get to our home quickly when matters were urgent. I recommend them. Cypress Plumbing used to be willing to help and resolve plumbing problems. Last week I got a leak in my bathroom. They "assumed" immediately that it was coming from the toilet without doing any research. They changed part of the toilet snd charged me $ 300. The next day I contacted them again and explained the problem with the leak was not resolved. I told them they may have to break title in the wall to see from where the leak was coming from. They replied they did not do that kind of work!!!! So what do they do ???????
