Came in the office to discuss some rental rates and Dwana went above and beyond to assist me
I GOT MY CAR HIT OFER THEIR TODAY AND I WAS VERY PEED OFF AND THEN THEY DONT HAVE CAMERAS OVER THEIR AT ALL. I TOLD THE OFFICE SHE SMIRKED A LITTLE THAT WASNT COOL EITHER THEY DONT CARE OVER THEIR . THEY JUST ALL ABOUT YOU MOVING OVER THEIR AND THEM TAKING YOUR MONEY AND I WAS JUST WORKING OVER THEIR WITH MY CLIENT . SO I WASNT EVEN OUTSIDE TO SEE MY CAR UNTIL THAT PERSON LEFT ME A NOTE. SMH NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE COLLISION SHOP REAL SOON LIKE ASAP!
The people who do the maintenance are a bunch of hack jobs. They don’t fix anything properly. It’s frustrating to see such poor workmanship. The maintenance crew made my front door worse than it was before. The door frame was already rotted, and the weather seals were destroyed. Instead of properly repairing or replacing the damaged parts, they left the door in worse condition.
