PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING I recently completed a 6-month lease at this property. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced ongoing issues with the air conditioning, even with a 1-month-old newborn in the home. Despite my requests, the landlord refused to replace the faulty AC unit, even during the Louisiana heat. I always paid my rent two weeks early, yet was inexplicably charged twice for the same month. I love it here. It’s quiet and comfortable. Also, the office staff is very helpful and quick with maintenance requests.
