From my first call with Gio before leaving DC, to my apartment transfer with Ms. D & Lakeisha a year later, the staff has been amazing. Yes, it took a moment to get here because I moved here sight unseen and on move-in day the person I worked with, who shall go unnamed as she’s no longer employed here was rude and unprofessional.
