I went to Dr Celesta Ferreira because she had a 5 star rating and everyone raved about how good she is. Well, I have to say I was NOT disappointed!! This was the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She explained each test in detail, what they did and what the results said, but in a way you could understand on a patient level. Dr Celesta and her staff are all so very nice, from the receptionist who checked me in to the person who administered some test to the person who helped me choose frames. Dr. Ferreira explained everything well, and actually cares to help out her patients. I will continue to go to Cypress Optique.
Welcoming atmosphere when walking in. Everyone was very kind. The tests are very comprehensive, detailed, yet not overwhelming at all. Dr. Ferreira explained the test results with clarity and imagery. A wonderful and smooth experience, highly recommended.
