Stay away Pat is the most nasty rude person I ever meet he will put you down he will call you names he will threaten you and family and charged you Ridiculous amount of money for trucks and cars he is a rip off artist and he needs to be shut down
1 star is the lowest I can rate otherwise it would have been 0 stars After purchasing a 2008 Aspen cash at this dealership, I drove less the 2 mile and the check engine light came on (Engine issues). After letting the dealership know of the issue they said they would take care of it. You know that wasn't true. I got the run around for weeks and even left the vehicle with them several times for approximately of 2.5 weeks. The owner is so much disrespectful. I drove from Long Island to Cypress motors then he send me ozone park to see the van and there is different van I mean it was 2001 model instead of 2008 with 269000 mileage. I lost two hours and my mind as well.
This place is terrible Pat the supposed owner is a phony he has $6000.00 of my money and the car he sold me refuses to get it fixed or give me my money back Pat is selling broken cars
The truck has a rebuilt engine and salvage tittle, which was not apparent in their listing
All stuff members in this office are pro's very helpful and made it very simple to purchase then helped with insurance, plates , inspection and all with love and patience am a happy client and go back there for 2nd car thank you
