This has been the most unprofessional front desk experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. This is the third time this particular staff member has dismissed or ignored my concerns. Today, instead of listening or clarifying the issue with the doctor regarding my surgery, she insisted that I didn’t have an appointment and claimed it belonged to my mother — even though we have different last names and dates of birth. It was my first time here Friday and i just walked in with no appointment. It did take long however all the workers are attentive, they suggest you come early however they still take long. Still have to go back to follow up before a plan is set so lets see how it goes. In short amazing service!
