I’m a long time patient of this establishment however when Dr. Lopez left they got all new staff. Their staff is uncaring not friendly do not give clear or correct information. They do not conduct their self in a professional manner and are extremely rude. Their PA is the only reason I go there and even he has stated that there is a problem with the staff which is not a good outcome for this office. Rude staff. They don’t call in prescriptions they give out wrong information. Even if you’re critically ill I need to see the doctor they will have you wait days to weeks for an appointment. They are hostile over the phone as well as in person. Their aggression with patients leave you feeling as if everyday is a Life altering a horrible day for them and they take it out on each and every patient that walks in. Mi esposo se atiende en esa oficina, trabajan muy mal, las citas que deben hacerle para especialista nunca se las hicieron, cuando hablan por teléfono las de la oficina te tratan muy mal y se ofenden cuando les dices la verdad que no hacen bien su trabajo. Mi esposo se va de ahí , no lo recomiendo para nada.

The staff need to learn customer service skills seems they hired the left over unwanted employees from other well-known medical places. Don't expect high quality services from this place nor the doctors very rude and condescending.

Worst experience ever happened today. I have been seeing Dr Patel for a few months because I suffer from migraines and I need to get paperwork done to give to my job. I used to have it done by my previous Dr but he stopped accepting my insurance. The first appointment with Dr Patel was Okay, he did sign the papers but did not refer me to any specialist to try and find out where my pain is coming from.
