We currently have over 380 homes in Phases I, II, and III, with upcoming extensions to Phase III. Current amenities include a paved walking trail, extensive green areas, and fishing in our large pond. Our neighborhood is zoned for Broussard area schools and bus transportation is provided by LPSS. We are approximately a half mile from the Ambassador extension, providing quick connections to the city of Lafayette.

I get it is summer, but this is ridiculous. Kids don’t get to drive unlicensed on “golf” carts or go carts. This should not be the process permitted. Others paid for houses and pay dues. I called Broussard PD, and I will continue to until this board deals w/ the issue in a news letter to everyone in the neighborhood. It is time the board also sets violations for home owners. Call me crazy but I think that is what an hoa should do. If not, they shouldn’t be charging dues!
