Roaches, Mold and the disgusting smell of Marijuana! Run! Do NOT rent from Emerald West LLC or Emerald Crossings. I've lived in three different units. The first a one bedroom roach infested unit. The second a townhome that nearly caught fire due to a faulty heater that was not properly inspected prior to me moving in.
