Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come check on what I needed, but apparently no one here wants to work. So I took my business elsewhere (I suggest you do the same). I don't know what happened to this place; it used to be a great place...
This business is staffed and run by a small group of illiterates who have no knowledge of manners or normal business customs. They do not return phone calls, have no full-time mechanic and have beligerant and rude attitudes. This place is a perfect representation of all that is wrong with the country today. Do not use this repair business. Took my car to Benton Rd. Auto Repair and they were excellent.
Great people, great place! They got me right in when I stopped by with an almost dead battery. They replaced the old with the new quickly and carefully. The mechanics seemed to enjoy doing their jobs even in this heat. Everyone seemed pleasant. Will be back if I need any services in the future.
I went in for an oil/filter change. I thought they were fast. I got home and looked over their work. They DID NOT replace the filter. I had to return and tell them about the poor service. I wonder how many times this has happened to others that didn’t check the filter after Cypress express “changed” the oil/filter…..
the employees here are all so knowledgeable about what's going on with you vehicle but they are NOT pushy like other places I've been to, who try to get you to buy 10 different things when you came in for one. They make you feel like a person not a profit which I love and is the reason I will go back
