Terrible community to live in and I live in here. You have nosy neighbors, taking pictures of your property and a front office that’s very selective in enforcing rules and regulations. Stay far away. Not worth the fees that they are asking for. The gates don’t work half the time which allows Unauthorized people to enter and break in to cars.
I was going to give a negative review bc I went with my realtor to look at a home yesterday and DID NOT GET IN. The guard gate refused me entrance even after my realtor came all the way back out to the gate to get me in and verified I was allowed there. After (no joke) the 4th attempt to enter I was very annoyed and just left, thought of myself ohh well, they just lost a sale.
