Cypress Lake is an incredible place to live! The location is perfect, offering convenience while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. The community is always well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and excellent curb appeal. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in their work—they are hardworking, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Cypress Lake is a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it!
I wish my experience here was a good one but it wasn't. I would very very cautious and smarter than me and get EVERYTHING in writing. I have been told many things at move in that did not happen and now I am paying for them, literally. I was also given wrong information that cost me a boot on a friends car. Although the management office did refund me the cost, the information was still incorrect. There is a lot of turn around in the office as well. Leasing staff have been amazing throughout and Michelle is extremely supportive and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with everything that she could. We are very thankful to her.

A few months ago I had made a complaint about roaches and the assistant manager contacted me and resolved the problem. I actually don't see any roaches in my apartment. It seems that they changed the pest control company and I am actually happy because the problem was resolved. Thanks so much Olivia
