Apartments very spacious, rent seems reasonable price for the space , stairs are just a lot especially if on 3rd floor. The trash gets taken out every night for you. Matience may be lacking if you need work done… it’s close to most shopping on Siegen lane like Target/walmart …
If you are looking to move into an apartment complex with amazing and timing maintenance this complex is NOT for you ! there have been things in my apartment that needed fixing since day ONE of me moving in that has not been fixed. it seems as though it is not an urgency for them. There have been several instances where I completed a maintenance request and even went up to the office and NOTHING has been done! Came here last week to view an apartment and thought it was so cute until I came back with my mom and saw the leasing agent that helped us Corbin obviously smoking a joint in her car. It was tacky as hell so we decided to go elsewhere. Bummer too because the place is cute but if management is that unprofessional I could only imagine the other issues with this place.
We had a great tour, corbyn did such a great job showing us around and telling us everything we needed to know about the property!!
