I was told Monday morning that I would receive my test results in the mail. I called on Thursday to inquire about my results. She told me normally they are sent via email. I knew that wasn’t the truth. The results were even sent to the wrong PCP and I confirmed on that Monday who my PCP is!
Procedure was a colonoscopy. Got a call at 4:00pm from Dr Brown’s office to come in early for my scheduled appointment the next morning due to cancellations. I was told not ask. Which I did. I checked in and was sent to the cold hall where I waited for 2 hours without any interaction from staff. Door to procedure department was locked. I finally left. I then got a call from Dr Brown’s staff asking if I was keeping my appointment? lol Receptionist at check-in was very kind and efficient. They run humans through like cattle
Everyone here was wonderful! 100% recommend for anyone needing a breast mri or any other imaging needs!

The worst! Do not come to this place. The technician are ill prepared for patients. You will need to go to KU Med or the Mayo Clinic where professionals work.
