I moved into Cypress Hills in 2006. I had a pretty good experience starting out. Management changed and after that, this place went to hell. The Manager, William Chaney, started and ran off the maintenance man that had been here for years. I asked him why he was leaving and he said that he didnt want to lie to tenants about repairs that current management didnt allow him to do.
