Their phone system contains several minutes of recorded information before finally providing menu options, many of which did not seem relevant to the reason for my call. After eventually reaching someone, I was immediately placed on hold before I even had a chance to respond. Great care for patients
I wanted to bring up a concern about my mom’s visit at Cypress Heart & Vascular Center. The technologist, Denise, spoke to us in a harsh and impatient tone. She didn’t take in consideration mom has dementia. Patients with dementia are very vulnerable, so I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. Never again
