This places' management has no communication with each other. Since 6/5/17 the AC has been broken in my building. My apartment went from 70 degrees where I keep it up to a scorching 90 degrees as of today. Every day I call and I get a different person that I should speak to and I get a different answer. Every day I am assured it will be fixed then when I get home from work, which is always after office hours, it is not fixed. Worst place to live. Roaches, termites, leaks, non working elevators, poor security, management is rude and always have an excuse. Maintenance worker's wear plain clothes and look homeless. Response time from emergency maintenance is very very poor. Shoot outs every day with police and fire trucks in and out of the complex, parking is horrible for the residents. Simply put: THE SLUMS!!!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!
This is the worse place to live. The A/C never works, the elevators never stay working. Out of 30 days the elevators are available for use 3 days out of the month. The pool area is in infected with iguanas and the pipes and outside area far as the parking lots and the stairways are infested with roaches and rats. No matter how much you clean the inside of your home the roaches are still there as soon as you turn off the lights.
