A wonderful place to live, very attentive staff and a friendly community to add to it all! I am happy to have been a resident at this community and I could not recommend it enough. Very walkable with a scenic route to unwind after a day’s work, a fitness center that has a stretch station and machines to target all muscle groups. Jaci made the move-in process easy from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier about my decision!

We have lived here for almost 3 years and love it!! Tammi and Jaci in the office are wonderful ladies and a pleasure to talk to. We love using the pool and all the amenities Cypress Grand has to offer.
I lived here for two years and really enjoyed the community. Jaci and Tammi in the leasing office always went above and beyond to be helpful and made the leasing and vacating process so smooth. If ever my path brought me this way again, would definitely consider moving back in.
Lived hear over 10 years and it has been a joy. Very professional and friendly staff eager to help. The grounds are well maintained and groomed. The prompt maintenance crew is top notch, courteous and clean. This location can not be beat, yet still offers a homey, small residence feel.
