Misleading “no-smoking” policy — apartment stank of lingering smoke and intense toxic chemicals from the day I viewed the apartment. Three weeks later, the intense chemical smell was worse. The management admitted they were covering up smoke odor and residue. Even while falsely advertising a “smoke free community and apartments”. I never moved in due to the health hazard, yet they have kept my prepaid moneys past the legal deadline of FL law. Shady, evasive, and dishonest. Avoid.
I lived at Cypress Grand Apartments for 2 years, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From day one, the leasing staff—especially Jaci and Tammi were welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spotless when I moved in, and maintenance requests, although I rarely had any issues, were handled quickly and with care. A wonderful place to live, very attentive staff and a friendly community to add to it all! I am happy to have been a resident at this community and I could not recommend it enough. Very walkable with a scenic route to unwind after a day’s work, a fitness center that has a stretch station and machines to target all muscle groups. Jaci made the move-in process easy from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier about my decision!
