Moved in about 2 weeks ago. The new apartment was redone and in excellent condition. My two initial contacts, Jaci and Tammi are the nicest people you could possibly meet and helpful answering any questions I had. The apartments are quiet and the residents friendly. Could not have chosen a better place to live.
Misleading “no-smoking” policy — apartment stank of lingering smoke and intense toxic chemicals from the day I viewed the apartment. Three weeks later, the intense chemical smell was worse. The management admitted they were covering up smoke odor and residue. Even while falsely advertising a “smoke free community and apartments”. I never moved in due to the health hazard, yet they have kept my prepaid moneys past the legal deadline of FL law. Shady, evasive, and dishonest. Avoid. I lived at Cypress Grand Apartments for 2 years, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From day one, the leasing staff—especially Jaci and Tammi were welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spotless when I moved in, and maintenance requests, although I rarely had any issues, were handled quickly and with care.
