I've been here a little over two months. The peace and quiet is good, but the maintenance service unfortunately doesn't work as it should. Something breaks down and it can take months to fix it.
From start to finish, the team at Thirty-One 32 Cypress has been absolutely amazing! Dasia and her team made the entire process smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. You can tell they take pride in their work and go the extra mile for their residents. We were shown a 2 BR/ 1.5 bath model apartment. The staff was extremely professional and very helpful. Clean facilities; perfect central location.
