I called to inquire about a lease, but no one answered. They returned my call so I mentioned the review I came across mentioning a rat infestation…the lady immediately hung up in my face. So I’m not allowed to be concerned for health and safety? Customer service is clearly terrible. May have dodged a bullet. Thank you to the resident who left the review.
I've been here a little over two months. The peace and quiet is good, but the maintenance service unfortunately doesn't work as it should. Something breaks down and it can take months to fix it.
From start to finish, the team at Thirty-One 32 Cypress has been absolutely amazing! Dasia and her team made the entire process smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. You can tell they take pride in their work and go the extra mile for their residents.
