We were shown a 2 BR/ 1.5 bath model apartment. The staff was extremely professional and very helpful. Clean facilities; perfect central location.
New Management trying to get things cleaned up. This is managed better now
I've been noticing some great improvements recently under the new management. The Cinco de Mayo event was a fantastic addition—fun, well-organized, and a wonderful way to bring the community together. It’s also exciting to see updates happening around the pool area—it looks like it’ll be ready just in time for summer! Big thanks to the team for all the hard work and dedication. The positive changes are definitely being noticed and truly appreciated!
I do not recommend these apartments. I have a family member that stays in one of the townhomes with his kids. When he moved in the socket plugs were not working in the master bedroom, and the master bedroom bathroom sink was leaking. He went up to the rent office to let them know and they said someone was coming out, but no one showed up. I had decided to call up there and let them know that it hadn’t been a week of him leaving there and he’s already having problems!
