They have been more than helpful and accommodating. Problems are fixed quickly and accurately. Very good location great school and u can’t beat the price. It’s quiet during the day and night, and you can let your kids just be kids. No car or home break ins. No roaches, mice. No trash pileup they come on time twice a week. They outside is maintained very well. It’s not hard getting anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. I’d recommend anyone who is looking for a safe place to live with decent pricing and a great area.

*REAL REVIEW* If you all are looking for anything affordable, with a safe environment and top notch renovation. Please don’t walk, RUN here. The apartment was phenomenal on the inside. Breathe taking, so clean and everything is new. Our new journey starts here and I am grateful and honored for Thirty 1 32 Cypress to allow us to resident here. This review was not forced. This is a real review. If anyone is having 2nd thoughts on moving here, don’t think negatively about it. Just COME ON 🫶
