The put a clear coat over the kitchen cabinet that's horrible. They give keys to contractors to come into your Apartment. They have contractors working outside until 10:00 pm at night. They were supposed to be working on the gutters. The bricks fell because the fire department had to come to my house to see what could have caused this to happen .the repaved the parking lot it took about three week... Dont expext to move here and not have any issues. I have been living here since 2019..And the mice is getting way out of control.Call the super to remove them on the traps and says it is not an emergency..The parking is horrible and I have lived in 2 apts. Since on the property. They are taking handicap parking spots away and still not enough..More cars than spots..Keep going up on rent every year and not fixing or updates to the apts..only when someone move out, to boost rent up..If this matter continues I am going to the N... read more
The parking lot is inadequate for the number of units. If you come home at night after 8pm you will be forced to park illegally and management will put these orange warning stickers on your car as if you had a choice. The complex is on a highway where else can go. The units are acceptable for their age. Maint fixes things when needed. And management is nice. The lot size is the major problem and needs to be expanded.
the parking lot was repaired and this shit is still lame. Some residents have started claiming spots with cones because we don't have assigned spots. I almost got jumped for a parking spot on Thanksgiving night. I can't fight so I had to just park on the dirt. They need to be for real and demolish something to make more parking spots.
