I like the staff here. They respond quickly to requests for maintenance and repairs. The property has gotten a makeover recently. Still no gardens. One negative that a lot of rental properties have is that you pay for the pool even if you don't use it. On a more positive note, they make a point to connect with the residents with giveaway events celebrating Mom's, Dad's and holidays. Clean up after storms is quick. It's nice that you can see your rent increase being put back into the property.
So far its a joy to be here in this community, people here are so pleasant and nice and friendly what a great experience to move into my first real home all by myself. To new beginnings.
