I’ve been here for two years an I’m hopefully trying to move before the third year approaches.. Let’s start with the parking lot ..terrible .. trying to get a parking spot after a certain hour forget about it ..I who does have a handicap sticker can’t even get the 3 spots they have available by my building because people just park there without having a tag . I didn't mind the requirement for renters insurance but they're going about it in such a greedy way. They use a website that sells renters insurance but you can also upload whatever insurance you already have as proof that you're covered. The site barely works and they want you to upload proof each year and then they charge you if you're proof doesn't go through because of the bad website. If you use the insurance through the website, cypress gets kickback money for "referring" you to that company. It's kinda greedy. The par... read more
So far so good. Very clean neighborhood with friendly people. Lots of parking and easy access to the laundromat. Maintenance services are prompt and easy to interact with. Edit: I am impressed. A week or so after the snow fall and the initial clean-up effort, they did another round of snow plowing, cleaning up a lot of the piled up snow that was left over. I really appreciate it. Opened up a few spots!
