New owners and management recently so things could get better but it sucks rn. I started packing and my lease doesn't end until 9/2027 🙃 Property management office is closed on weekends. This is The WOST APARTMENTS I EVER BIN but I am still living here so I will not say that this is bad but there are many many rats and insects some literally can bite us and I am the little girl that in 2026 that gets scared every single night because of the roches biting me even getting water I ask my parents to do so and is I have to do a favor for them I run as fast as I can then run back scared.
I’ve been here for two years an I’m hopefully trying to move before the third year approaches.. Let’s start with the parking lot ..terrible .. trying to get a parking spot after a certain hour forget about it ..I who does have a handicap sticker can’t even get the 3 spots they have available by my building because people just park there without having a tag . The workers are quick to put those hard to remove orange tags on a car that is not parked in a spot but where do you want them to park when there are NO spots. The upke... read more

I didn't mind the requirement for renters insurance but they're going about it in such a greedy way. They use a website that sells renters insurance but you can also upload whatever insurance you already have as proof that you're covered. The site barely works and they want you to upload proof each year and then they charge you if you're proof doesn't go through because of the bad website. If you use the insurance through the website, cypress gets kickback money for "referring" you to that company. It's kinda greedy. The par... read more
