I had a conversation earlier with the receptionist about my young son needing to have a tooth spacer put in. The process was scheduled for last year around this time and we felt we didnt need the spacer and the tooth came in just fine with out the spacer. The receptionist i talk to was rude and kept persisting that we had to come in because their was a balance due for the impression and spacer, Even though it wasn't needed.
