Hired Cypress Engineering for my post tension slab last year and then down sized and hired them again. Very professional, Ms Tammy kept me informed every step of the way. Both projects came in on time as promised and within budget. Would not hesitate to do business with again. A+++
Very Poor communication with this company. Emails went unanswered for days, scoped a project without knowing the requirements. To top it off they tried to charge me for questions and scoping of project. NO valid company charges for pre sales. If I could leave a zero star I would.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve come across. The engineer we dealt with is not trustworthy. He was quick to take our money, but because he is dishonest about our conversations we could only get a small portion of our money back. Stay clear of this company, unless you want to be disappointed and waste money.
It would be best to avoid this engineering firm at all costs! Poor communication from the start! Refuses to correct the mistakes that were made in the beginning without additional fees. In addition, he is extremely difficult to reach via phone with messages that go unanswered.
I was under a time crunch and needed Cypress to come out and approve my drainage work. They came to my property within a day of me asking. Really appreciate the work they've done for me and their timeliness.
