I went to Cypress Dermatology for an irregular mole and body check.. Dr Hau was my original doctor. She had great bedside, was very thorough in doing my mole biopsies. Dr Hau was very good. I did have to have two excisions because 2 moles were considered precancerous. She did an excellent job on the one mole. Unfortunately for my second mole excision, I did not have Dr Hau.Dr. Cambell performed the surgery. Consistently Long wait times ranging from 20-30 minutes after initial appointment time in waiting area nearly every time ive been here. After seeing medical assistant, its always another 10 minutes for the doctor to come in.

I’m not even sure where to begin. My husband stopped going to Cypress Dermatology many years ago because of poor bedside manner and because of how difficult it was to schedule an appointment for an established patient. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hamil for years, and although she has a good bedside manner, she removed a healthy mole vs the cyst I came in for. First, I need to acknowledge that I received good service for my skin cancer. I went in to have a cyst checked out on my lower back and was told it needed to be removed. Long story short the doctor removed a mole that was a couple inches away from the cyst. I was not aware as I couldn’t see what they were doing.
